Fully Managed Solution We have been working with Westwood High for over 10 years, starting from setting their entire IT Infrastructure from scratch to upgrading their systems over the years. Some of the key areas have been:
Project Scope & Key Areas
Infrastructure: Ranging from the network and server infrastructure to WiFi solutions, we have managed an Active Directory environment, Cisco Firewalls & Switches, recently upgrading to a Unifi WiFi network.
Safeguarding: With our extensive network of partners, our safeguarding is via NetSupport Classroom.cloud.
JAMF iPad Solution: Catering more for primary needs, we have implemented a JAMF managed Apple iPad setup for the school.
Windows 11 Upgrade: With the upcoming Windows 10 EOL, there has been extensive work on upgrading the hardware.

Stability & Security: It is crucial for hardware and software to remain robust to ensure a high level of work at the school. With recent work on Windows 11 upgrades, we have improved the hardware whilst ensuring we are ahead of the Windows 10 EOL in October 2025.
